The Artist

I'm Mikey. I've been tattooing for over fifteen years, and everything I do comes back to black & grey — portraits, smooth shade, deep black. My heart is Chicano art. I build pieces to hold up on skin for life, not just for the photo.
From 2020 to 2025 I tattooed on Sint Maarten, and in 2026 I came back to the Netherlands — these days I work out of my private tattoo studio in Den Haag, One Deep Ink on the Rijswijkseweg. Along the way I trained with Thomas Carli Jarlier and Kindamo, and I'm still learning every time I pick up the machine.
Every tattoo starts with your story. Nothing comes off a shelf, nothing is pulled off the internet — I draw each design from zero, for one person only. Big work is where I'm most at home: back pieces, chest and stomach work, sleeves, full legs, head projects. Sessions run private — one client at a time, usually with hip-hop on.

The Idea
You come with the idea — a reference, a story, whatever it is. I listen first.
The Design
I draw the piece for your body and your placement. Nothing stamped, nothing copied.
The Session
We take the day. Black & grey laid in clean, built to heal well and hold its detail.
The Healed Work
Realism has to age. I mix my grey wash so the piece still reads in ten years.

Al met al ben ik al 2 sleeves verder en heeft hij aan mij een klant (en vriend) voor het leven en ga ik nergens anders meer heen🙏👌

You'll know the full price before we start — no surprises on the day, ever.
Every quote is personal. Send me the idea — subject, placement, size — and I'll come back with a price and open dates.
A full day in the chair, 08:00 – 19:00, at my private studio. The exact price depends on the piece — we agree on it before you commit.
At least one third of the project price. Holds your date and counts toward the total — non-refundable, but it moves if you reschedule.
We talk the idea through before anything is booked. No strings attached.

I tattoo four days a week — full-day sessions, by appointment only.
The room to yourself — one client at a time, no waiting room, no rush. Ask about it when you send your idea.

If it's a fit
I read every enquiry myself. If the project fits my work, you get a payment link for the deposit.
Lock the date
Deposit in, day booked. I draw the design from zero and the chair is yours.
The Rules
BookingPolicy
Everything you need to know before you sit in the chair. Read it before you book — it keeps the process smooth for both sides.
Not sure about something? Ask before you book — I'd rather answer a question now than sort out a problem later.
Ask on WhatsAppAppointments
Sessions are booked in advance through the enquiry form, WhatsApp or Instagram — no walk-in tattoos. Your date is locked once the deposit is in.
Deposits
A deposit from €400 — at least one third of the session or project price — holds your date. Non-refundable, and it counts toward the final price.
Cancellations
Cancel at least one week before your session. Inside that window the deposit is kept as compensation — a real emergency with proof is the exception.
Rescheduling
Need a different date? No problem. The deposit moves to the new booking, or turns into a gift card for future work.
Original Designs
Every piece is drawn from scratch around your story. No templates, no internet images, nothing recycled — your tattoo is yours alone.
Preparation
Come rested and fed, with the skin around the area healthy and uncovered. A full-day session is a marathon — treat it like one.
Aftercare
I walk you through aftercare before you leave the chair. Follow that, not the internet's, and let the piece heal properly.
The Studio
Sessions run in my private room at One Deep Ink, Rijswijkseweg 119A in Den Haag. Guests by arrangement — and bring valid ID.
